PIRI is dedicated to promoting a culture of research ethics and integrity. Our initiatives include educational programs for students and educators, fostering a
commitment to ethical research practices.
Ongoing Projects:
• Student Training Programme: Enhancing research integrity culture among undergraduate, graduate, and PhD students.
• Teaching for Educators Programme: Improving educators’ competencies to teach research ethics and integrity effectively.

Environment and Energy Transition
PIRI actively engages in collaborative research projects focusing on environmental sustainability and the transition to clean energy. Our aim is to contribute to global efforts addressing climate change.

• Excellence Lab – Environment and Circular Economy: Facilitating collaborative research projects among researchers in Africa and Europe.

Peace, Security, and Governance
PIRI’s commitment to fostering peace is manifested through our Peace Labs. These labs empower young peacemakers worldwide to contribute to a more peaceful world.
